INSTRUCTIONS

1. Shake the liquid eyeliner 5-10 times before use.
2. Apply two complete layers of liquid eyeliner, apply
a third layer at the corners of the eye.
3. While the liquid eyeliner is still wet, use tweezer to
attach the lashes and press them in place.
4. Voila, they are on instantly with maximum cohesion.
